What are the delivery timelines for my order?
We understand you are excited to receive your handmade candles! Our standard delivery timeline is 5-7 business days within India. During festive seasons or for custom orders, it may take slightly longer. Each candle is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We will keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way.
How long do your scented candles burn?
Our burn times vary depending on the candle size. Small jars (120g) burn for approximately 20-25 hours, medium jars (200g) for 35-40 hours, and our large signature jars (300g) for 50-55 hours. For optimal performance, we recommend trimming the wick to 5mm before each use and burning for no more than 3-4 hours at a time.
Do you accept custom or personalized candle orders?

How should I care for my scented candle?
To get the best experience from your candle: Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Keep away from drafts for an even, steady flame. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance. With proper care, your candle will fill your space with beautiful fragrance from first light to last.
